Mr. Amershi has extensive experience working in leading positions (general manager & department head) in international organizations and understands the challenges and pitfalls of working in an intercultural environment. He is a seasoned trainer, coach and a highly experienced workshop facilitator. Additionally he is qualified in BPR (Business Process Reengineering) and is also an Quality Management Systems Engineer (QMS) with experience in developing and implementing international industry and service standards and in assessment of compatibility of QM Systems in cross national business ventures. Besides being a skilled negotiator, Mr. Amershi has strong skills in leading multicultural teams, wide experience in working in an international and multi-cultural environment.
